BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE

The Front Desk acts as agent on behalf of the property owner
Your booking is subject to:
– Property-specific house rules
– Guest Terms of Service
– The Short-Term Rental Agreement issued at or before check-in

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT PREVAILS
For all guests staying in properties managed by The Front Desk, a Short-Term Rental Agreement must be accepted and/or signed prior to or at check-in.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Website Terms and the Short-Term Rental Agreement, the Short-Term Rental Agreement shall prevail in respect of the stay, use of the property, guest conduct, liability, and enforcement.
PROPERTY RULES AND OCCUPANCY
Each property managed by The Front Desk is subject to its own rules, occupancy limits, and usage restrictions, which will be clearly communicated prior to booking and/or check-in.
Guests agree to comply fully with all property-specific rules.
CHILDREN AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
Age policies vary by property.
Some properties managed by The Front Desk may be suitable for families and children, subject to stated occupancy limits and safety considerations.
The Palm Suites, Limassol, operates as adults-only accommodation and may only accommodate guests aged eighteen (18) years or older. No minors are permitted at The Palm Suites under any circumstances.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their booking complies with the applicable age policy of the specific property.
PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All prices, payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking.
By confirming a booking, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable amounts in accordance with the stated terms.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the policy in force at the time of booking and, where applicable, the Short-Term Rental Agreement.
NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY OR RESULTS
While we aim to ensure accuracy, availability, pricing, descriptions, and images on the website may change without notice.
